The grapes from French Farm valley vines were hand picked and transported to the winery in picking baskets then hand tipped into the crusher to avoid damage from handling. Some old and new barrel maturation followed. The aromas offer red cherries, plums and berry fruit with plum and berry flavours with overall spicyness.
